At Venzari Official, we’re committed to delivering your order in a timely, reliable, and transparent manner. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing times, delivery estimates, shipping fees, and other related matters.
1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

Note: These timeframes exclude weekends, holidays, and customs processing. Delivery may take longer for remote areas or during peak seasons.
3. Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. You will see the exact rate before completing your order. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. If applicable, these will be clearly displayed on our website.
4. Shipment Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to follow your package in real-time. If you do not receive your tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us at contact@venzari.boutique.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes Venzari Official is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order.
All charges imposed during or after shipping (including customs fees, taxes, and other import charges) are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to mark orders as “gift” to avoid customs.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost or not delivered within 14 business days of shipment, please contact us. We will investigate and offer a full refund or replacement once confirmed with the courier.

If the product arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with clear photos and your order number.

Delays caused by couriers or customs are beyond our control and are not valid grounds for a refund before the delivery timeframe has passed.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct. Venzari Official is not responsible for packages returned or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If the item is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.
8. Undeliverable or Unclaimed Orders If the package is undeliverable or unclaimed and returned to us, we will notify you. You may request a refund (minus the shipping fee), or request a new delivery (additional charges may apply).
9. International Shipping We currently ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery times and fees vary depending on destination. Please note: Some destinations may experience longer customs clearance or require additional documents.
